Studio Terms & Conditions
PART 1: Images maybe used to share with family and friends, social media, print and for general personal use.
PART 2: IMAGES AND COPYRIGHTS Photographs/images produced by Louise Murnane Photography are protected by Copyright Law. Upon final payment by the CLIENT, the CLIENT is granted limited license to use and or display resulting images as outlined in the Usage Rights on part 1 of this document. Said images may not be altered or used in any manner outside what is prescribed in this document without prior written permission of Louise Murnane Photography. The CLIENT must obtain written permission from and compensate Louise Murnane Photography prior to the CLIENT, its associates, friends or relatives re-distributing or selling the photographs for any reason not prescribed in this document.
MODEL RELEASE The CLIENT(s) & SUBJECT(s) hereby grant to Louise Murnane Photography, the unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of the CLIENT(s) or in which the CLIENT may be included for the promotion of its business and services, including editorial, trade, advertising and any other purpose and in any manner and medium. Your name & personal details will never be used alongside your images without prior permission. Images will only be used by Louise Murnane Photography, your images will never be sold to 3rd parties. PART 3:SERVICE AGREEMENT This confirms my contracting agreement: I agree that Louise Murnane Photography shall provide services to photograph you to the best of our abilities in accordance with the package selected. Every effort will be made to assure your satisfaction according to industry standards. Any artistic interpretation by the photographer will be deemed acceptable and correct. Due to the nature of the business, all sales are final. Although every care possible will be taken to produce photographs of all important and special moments during the session, the Photographer cannot place an un-conditional guarantee on the above.
Complaints: In the unlikely event of any complaint with regards to our service, all complaints must be received in writing within seven days of collection of products purchased. This includes photographs, albums and frames. We cannot be responsible for dissatisfaction due to circumstances beyond our control.
BOOKING FEE & PAYMENT SCHEDULE: The CLIENT shall pay booking fee as stated above at the time of signing this agreement. This is A NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE. In the event of cancellation, the booking fee paid is non-refundable. It shall be liquidated for any loss of earnings incurred. The CLIENT shall also be responsible for payment of any Louise Murnane Photography materials/charges incurred up to the time of cancellation. The booking fee shall be applied towards the total cost of the services rendered.
PART 4: Parents are responsible for their children at all times while in the studio and outside areas. Studio equipment may become hot and could cause injury if touched. Louise Murnane Photography takes no responsibility for any injury/ damage sustained while on or outside the property.
Governing Law: Any contract made between The Photographer(s) Louise Murnane Photography and The Client(s) shall in all respects be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and the parties hereto submit to jurisdiction of the English courts.
These terms and conditions apply to all studio sessions and life style sessions booked with Louise Murnane Photography. Package details will be as per package booked by the client. By agreeing to these terms & conditions your are agreeing on behalf of all persons attending your session.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel your photo session please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your session. Booking fee paid at time of booking is non refundable.
If anyone attending the session has a temperature or new cough please do not attend your session. We will try our best to reschedule your session where possible.
If your session is cancelled by us you will receive a full refund of any monies paid.
COVID 19
Should your session be cancelled due to covid 19 restrictions or lockdowns Louise Murnane Photography will make every effort to reschedule your session if available to do so and your booking fee will be transferred to your new session date.
